Excelente localização. Predio novo, apartamento novo, cozinha completa com copos, tacas e talheres. Chuveiro apesar de eletrico, esquenta bem e é muito bom. O banheiro é pequeno, o que incomoda às vezes, mas é suficiente. Internet otima. Custo benefício espetacular.

O local é ótimo porém, quem for de carro fique esperto, porque o lugar não tem estacionamento para hóspedes.Tem uma boa opção de estacionamento particular no lava rápido na rua de trás.
