Quarto limpo e cheiroso, lojas e salões ao redor, cozinha, toalhas, tudo muito bem equipado. Tem um mercadinho dentro do prédio mesmo, assim que cheguei já consegui me acomodar. Localização boa. Gostei bastante da minha estadia, estava com um certo receio, mas deu tudo certo! Foi excelente, quarto muito bom, andar bom, prédio bom! Apenas o wifi que não estava funcionando pelo menos pra mim, e se tivesse opção de café da manhã em algum lugar seria muito bom, e claro o checkout um pouco mais tarde. Enfim, detalhes! Ótima estadia.

Minha estadia na acomodação foi, em geral, bastante satisfatória, embora tenha havido alguns pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser aprimorados para tornar a experiência ainda mais agradável. Notei a ausência de toalhas de rosto no quarto, o que gerou um leve desconforto, além de uma lâmpada queimada no banheiro, elemento que, embora simples, comprometeu um pouco a funcionalidade do espaço. Contudo, todos os demais aspectos da acomodação superaram as expectativas: o quarto é espaçoso e muito bem dimensionado para acomodar confortavelmente duas pessoas, oferecendo privacidade e conforto. Destaco a presença de uma Smart TV de última geração, que proporcionou entretenimento de qualidade durante minha estadia. A estrutura conta ainda com um guarda-roupa adequado, um micro-ondas funcional e uma geladeira de grande capacidade, ideal para armazenar alimentos e bebidas. Além disso, as louças e talheres disponíveis são suficientes e apropriados para duas pessoas, facilitando a organização e o preparo das refeições. Em suma, apesar dos pequenos contratempos, a acomodação oferece um ambiente agradável, confortável e bem equipado, que certamente atenderá às necessidades de futuros hóspedes.

No geral, a estadia de 4 noites foi boa. A localização é muito boa. Bem pertinho do Allianz Parque. O quarto é pequeno, mas a cama é confortável. Os utensílios de cozinha são poucos, então, se você pensar em fazer algo, terá dificuldade. O quarto precisa de pintura. Tive um problema com o reconhecimento facial do prédio, que demorou 2 dias para eles conseguirem resolver.

Bom mas precisa de melhorias

Gostamos do espaço de forma geral, muito bem localizado e com minimercado dentro do prédio que facilita muito eventuais compras de última hora. O apartamento é bem equipado porém precisa de cuidado, a cadeira de escritório está muito desgastada e instável, o suporte para xampu e sabonete do chuveiro está quebrado ficando duas peças de metal que podem cortar a pele, o controle do ar condicionado estava sem pilhas e algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas. Todos estes pontos não estragaram a estadia mas é importante que sejam resolvidos para uma melhor experiência.
