Tudo ótimo! Internet boa e por incrível que pareça smart tv com ótima imagem de canais. Pena q é de 32 pol. Quarto confortável e espaçoso, banheira, ótimo chuveiro e água bem quente. Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã já foi melhor mas ainda muito bom. A localização não é bonita mas me senti segura e com boas opções de alimentação. OBS: a banheira é conjugada com o chuveiro e é alta. Para quem tem algum problema nas articulações fica difícil e perigoso entrar e sair. Melhor pedir um quarto só com chuveiro.

O hotel está em processo de melhorias! Tem 1 elevador em processo de troca. Em horas de movimento espera-se bastante tempo para subir ou descer. Fiquei no 19o andar, meu quarto está estava renovado e achei com cheiro de madeira antiga. Amigos ficaram no 9o andar e o segundo quarto era completamente diferente do meu e renovado. O café da manhã é excelente! Os funcionários são maravilhosos, atenciosos e prestativos. A localização só serve para entrar e sair do Uber! Como é o centro, deve prestar bastante atenção. Ponto positivo da localização: tem MC Donalds colada ao hotel aberta 24h. Bar da Brahma bem na esquina.

O hotel é antigo. Na área da República, poucos são novos. E o elevador estava em reforma, embora tivesse um aviso que ele demorava a chegar, não tive grande espera. No banheiro, existe uma banheira com altura acima do joelho, isso pode dificultar a mobilidade pra idosos, etc. É o único chuveiro. Esse chuveiro sai bastante água, mas precisa dar um jeito pra fechar. A cama é muito confortável e imensa. E o quanto também, bastante espaçoso (8° andar). O café da manhã é bem variado, com pães, sucos, iogurte, ovos e algumas frutas. A localização do hotel, ao lado do Mc Donalds, facilita se precisar sair ou chegar a noite, além de ser bem próximo da estação República, do metrô.

Café da manhã excepcional, não decepciona. Acho apenas que os funcionários ainda são muito displicentes e não dão tanta atenção aos hóspedes, talvez por serem mtas pessoas eles acabam se irritando e acabam descontando o estresse na forma de atender. Fora isso achei o estacionamento um pouco conturbado. No mais, tudo foi excelente e recomendo muito.

Compreendemos o transtorno decorrente da reforma do elevador, porém, a demora acabou sendo desgastante. Por várias vezes, o elevador ,além de demorar, descia lotado. Para hóspedes de andares mais altos, houve um certo incômodo. O serviço de arrumação foi solicitado e não foi realizado, apesar do bom tempo de antecedência. A pressão da água da pia estava muito fraca. Além disso, quando fechamos a torneira sempre ocorria vazamento. A porta da acomodação estava emperrada, sendo necessário utilização de força para abrir e fechar, provocando barulho e, muito provavelmente, incomodando hóspedes de quartos próximos. A água do ar condicionado de alguma unidade acima estava pingando na proteção do aparelho da minha unidade, provocando ruído desagradável constante.
