A casa é simples e o anfitrião muito atencioso. Resolveu o problema com um chuveiro que não funcionou e esteve aberto às nossas críticas e se comprometeu a fazer melhorias. Seria legal colocar fotos recentes no anúncio. Tivemos azar com o clima chuvoso e não aproveitamos a piscina, a área externa é a melhor parte da casa. Faltou o wi-fi que estava com problema, confirme antes.

Aluguei no feriado do dia 7 de setembro

Fui com alguns amigos passar 4 dias e foi tudo ótimo o lugar é bem tranquilo e tem muita privacidade alem de tudo tem bastante formas de lazer, fora que a chacara tem todos utensilios de cozinha e eletrodomesticos, tudo funciona bem, tudo muito limpinho e bem cuidada. Os donos são bem atenciosos.

PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE TIVE EM LOCAÇÕES!!!!

Gostaria de relatar minha total insatisfação ao locar esse imóvel, não pelo imóvel em si nem por seus locatários e sim pelo caseiro, enfim loquei o imóvel para fazer a festa de 1 ano da minha filha e recepcionar melhor os convidados mas infelizmente ao conhecer o caseiro no dia 18 o mesmo aparentava estar embriagado e na chegada dos convidados o mesmo sem descrição alguma veio me falar um monte de besteiras na frente dos meus convidados para que não estacionassem os carros no gramado, coisa que não precisava acontecer se avisado antes, também tem o fato de alugarmos para termos algum tipo de privacidade, coisa que não tivemos pois o caseiro fica no sítio o tempo todo com cara de poucos amigos, reclamou até dos prestadores de serviço retirarem os equipamentos na segunda feira ,infelizmente é o que tenho a dizer NÃO RECOMENDO.

Local seguro, tranquilo e ótimo para passar o final de semana com a família, muitas opções de lazer, mesa de bilhar, pingue e pongue, xadrez, espaço para jogar vôlei, além da piscina que também pude aproveitar nos dias que estive na chácara. Tem todos os utensílios de cozinha e churrasqueira que você precisa. Só senti falta de microondas e ventiladores.

Ficamos no Paraíso Rincão e adoramos, a casa é super aconchegante, tem lareira, TV com Sky super grande, uma varanda com vidro com uma vista maravilhosa, para uma lindo café da manhã ! Os meus filhos adoraram a piscina, a churrasqueira, o ping pong , o volei, o futebol, enfim TUDO muito bom ! Condomínio fechado super seguro e tem mercado super perto, tudo asfaltado, o proprietário é muito atencioso. Vamos voltar com certeza.

Adoramos a nossa estadia, o lugar é lindo, super grande, bem cuidado, as crianças se divertiram MUITO no ping pong, no volei,na churrasqueira, ,os quartos arejados, sala com lareira e uma televisão super grande com Sky, uma varanda com vidro que aproveitávamos para curtir a paisagem,de fácil acesso, condomínio super seguro, mercado perto. O proprietário é muito atencioso e voltaremos com certeza.Super recomendo.

Uma festa inesquecível

Aluguei a chácara para realizar uma festa surpresa no fim de semana. Eu tinha me entusiasmado com as fotos do site, mas presencialmente é ainda mais bonito. Acabamos não usando o campo de futebol e a piscina por causa do clima chuvoso e frio, porém foram feitos passeios no bosque, onde colhemos frutas e desfrutamos intensamente da área onde fica a churrasqueira e as mesas de jogos. Levamos um Karaokê e a festa foi uma delícia! Como beber e dirigir não combinam algumas amigas ficaram para dormir. Todas muito bem alojadas. Na manhã seguinte fizemos um café da manhã aconchegante para curar a ressaca e o gostinho de quero mais ainda está conosco. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo e pretendo alugar mais vezes ;)
