It’s a nice hotel but definitely overpriced. It’s really a three star hotel not a five star. Breakfast is very expensive and selection is limited. Overall experience is OK, but not something I would recommend it as a must stay.

The staff is exceptional !! Everyone is eager to help and make your stay a memorable one. I was so impressed with the hostess of the breakfast buffet that I paid a compliment to the hotel manager about how she made everyone in the breakfast dining area feel so welcomed. A abordagem inicial assim que sai do Uber foi bem grosseira por parte do senhor da portaria, o atendimento no restaurante Gero também não foi bom por parte dos garçons, a comida não estava muito boa e as taças que estavam acima da mesa que fui alocada estavam sujas. O atendimento no bar da piscina foi excelente, assim como no café da manhã, profissionais educados e muito prestativos. Serviço de quarto foi ótimo, tudo de muita qualidade na hospedagem.
