The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

Ideal para ficar poucos dias

No nosso primeiro dia vimos que o banheiro tinha um vazamento para o quarto, como já era tarde só conseguimos trocar de quarto no outro dia. A cama do novo quarto era com duas camas de solteiro que juntaram pra formar uma de casal. Trocaram o colchão para um de casal, mas as bases estavam desniveladas. Foi bem desconfortável, mas não reclamamos para não termos que trocar de quarto de novo. O quarto é pequeno e a mesa de montar fixa na parede, quando usada, tomava um espaço grande a ponto de quem tivesse deitado mais perto da janela precisasse passar por cima da cama pra ir para o banheiro. O atendimento é ótimo e o hotel fica próximo ao Transamérica Expo Center que era o evento que nós íamos. O ar condicionado pingou e eles tiveram que nos ensinar a usar direito, explicando que não podia ligar o "heat". O Café da manhã é muito bom e não deve pra nenhum outro hotel do mesmo nível.

Otimo atendimento

Estacionamento com Manobrista 24h. Atendimento muito bom Cafe da manha medio. Hotel limpo e bem conservado. Frigobar sempre cheio. Quarto 1304 ficou umido todo o periodo, a janela nao abre e a umidade do banheiro vai para o quarto, deixando tudo umido e frio. O ar condicionado nao aquecia e nao desumidificava. A cama de casal é feita com duas de solteiro, deixando uma marca no meio, que depois de 2 dias dormindo, deu pra começar a sentir. Agua do chuveiro vaza por baixo do box, deixando o banheiro molhado. Localizacao muito boa. Mesmo com os problemas citados, a estadia foi boa. Se nao fosse esses problemas seria um hotel 5 estrelas.
