The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

O inconveniente é que no apartamento, nao tem moveis de apoio suficiente. No quarto tem apenas uma prateleira para colocar tudo, inclusive o cofre e alimentos do frigobar. Uma mesinha escamoteavel e o unico apoio para trabalho, mas com iluminação insuficiente. E, no ambiente comum nao tem area de trabalho, se quiser use a areacdo café.

A equipe de funcionários é muito boa. Todos simpáticos, disponíveis e resolutivos. Havia lido uma avaliação falando do edredom que não estava limpo, o que também constatei. O meu ainda estava com marca de batom. Solicitei troca e fui atendida prontamente. Sugestão: trocar o lugar do porta papel higiênico, pois fica atrás no vaso sanitário.
