It is a bare minimum/ no frill property. So, don't expect too many things. bathroom was small, clean and functional. Would have preferred a glass or two, napkins, and preferably a coffee machine/ hot water maker. Mattress had no fitting sheet so the bed spread kept sliding off exposing the mattress underneath. Overall, it serves the purpose and value for money. Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast decent, nothing fancy but again value for the money. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

Room quality is below average: the folding table is unstable and has no lighting, making it extremely uncomfortable as a work place, and there is no hot water in the sink which makes shaving an unpleasant experience.

The area in which the hotel was in, did not have power. The hotel had a generator that only powered the general areas but not the rooms. The hotel advised to sleep in our rooms until electricity returned. Myself and my colleague opted for a nearby hotel with power. Hotel does not want to refund the 1 night we did not stay in their hotel because “it was outside of their control.” The only option given was to sleep in a room With power.

The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

Quarto bem pequeno, porém limpo e arrumado. Bom café da manhã com várias opções, porém a temperatura dos alimentos, bem como do café não estavam adequadas. Funcionárias da recepção não me pareceu muito dispostas no atendimento. Precisei de um abridor de garrafas de vinho e disseram que só havia disponível um saca rolhas (que não funcionou). Me pareceu estranho, uma vez que existem garrafas de vinhos disponíveis para venda no hall.
