Funcionários 10, mas hotel precisa de reparos.

Nada a reclamar dos funcionários e localização do hotel (ótima por sinal), mas falta manutenção no quarto(principalmente banheiro). A fachada do hotel se torna o cartão de visita inicial, tanto como nos traz a primeira impressão; o mesmo se apresenta precisando de reformas. Uma estrutura melhor para a área de café.

Hospedagem razoável

Quarto de casal muito pequeno, tinha janela com vidros quebrados deixando passar o frio de julho, banheiro com box pequeno e muito desconfortável e chuveiro ok. O cadê da manhã estava bom, com frutas variadas, café, leite, sucos variados e carboidratos como pães. A localização é boa, de frente para o shopping Pátio Paulista e próximo a vários comércios, hospitais e faculdades.

O atendimento é excelente, abro um parênteses para falar da recepcionista Elaine que foi super atenciosa conosco me ensinou andar em São Paulo que eu não sabia rs, super educada atenciosa e preocupada, a moça do café da manhã também nota 10, algumas pessoas fala que o café é simples mas na verdade é um café normal satisfatório o quarto bom, limpo vi aqui algumas avaliações falando sobre o lugar que é barulhento mas na verdade é no comecinho da paulista uma localização muito boa ótima pra tudo pra pegar o Uber pra sair pra qualquer lugar, no geral eu adorei a minha estadia recomendo muito muito esse hotel, se fosse pra São Paulo me hospedaria lá de novo . Fica localizado em frente ao shopping Pátio Paulista. Dá pra fazer vários roteiros a pé.

Localização, atendimento dos funcionários e limpeza excelentes. Único ponto negativo foi o quarto do primeiro dia muito barulhento. Parecia que o barulho da rua estava dentro do quarto, porém pedimos para mudar de quarto e fomos prontamente atendidos. O segundo quarto excelente, sem nenhum tipo de barulho. Café da manhã básico.

O quarto e o prédio são ótimos. A localização é muito boa também. Só tem um porém: se ficar em um quarto voltado para a rua, o barulho de obras, barzinhos e carros não vai te deixar dormir: é extremamente alto.

Decepcionante até para a proposta

Ao reservar o hotel para um bate-e-volta em São Paulo, já era esperado que este não seria uma maravilha, afinal, é um hotel duas estrelas. Entretanto, fui negativamente surpreendido ao entrar no quarto. Lençóis e toalhas sujos, fronha do travesseiro amarelado e com cheiro forte do, talvez, último hospede, chão sujo, banheiro sem box e com um odor fortíssimo de esgoto, entre outras coisas. Preferi dormir sentado com a cabeça apoiada na escrivaninha, mas talvez teria sido melhor dormir no aeroporto. Os pontos positivos foram: staff atencioso e ar-condicionado bom. Não indico nem para a pernoite.
