Finalmente no los alojamos en este hotel. El barrio da auténtico miedo. No nos bajamos del taxi y nos fuimos a otra zona de São Paulo. El propio taxista nos sugirió no quedarnos en ese barrio a dormir.

O hotel fica em uma localização ótima para quem quer fazer compras na 25 de março. Muito fácil acesso ao metrô e ônibus. Os quartos são simples, mas limpos e organizados. A única queixa é em relação a entrada do hotel, que não tem segurança, já que a recepção fica no primeiro andar e no térreo há elevadores que dão acesso aos demais andares. Ou seja, qualquer pessoa pode entrar e pegar os elevadores sem passar pela recepção.

Bom para estadias rápidas

O quarto estava bom. O espelho estava fora da moldura e no chão - poderiam ter pendurado na parede, caso escorregasse, quebraria. Frigobar ok e funcionando. Roupa de cama ok. Toalha ok. Colchão estava todo mofado. O chuveiro é bom, mas caiu a chave durante o banho (liguei novamente e não tive problema mais). O café tinha frutas, pão e bolo. No primeiro dia tinha pão de queijo sem glúten e fiquei feliz. Já no segundo dia, não colocaram mais. Por causa da intolerância, comi fruta e muçarela e presunto. A vista do quarto é espetacular, tanto durante o dia quanto a noite. A catedral da Se e as fontes da Praça são incríveis. Uma experiência incrível!

Simples, se for só pra passar a noite é bom

Me foi oferecido um quarto grande com 4 camas de solteiro, o que não foi problema. Quarto bastante simples assim como descrito, mas numa localização ótima, bem em frente a estação de metrô da sé, bem na praça da Sé, em frente a Catedral Metropolitana. Os moradoras de rua diminuíram bastantes nos últimos tempo, então estava tranquilo, mas muito barulho durante o dia na praça, mas nada que atrapalhasse. Banheiro simples, com vaso solto, chuveiro simples e bom (elétrico), as toalhas não pareciam novas, tinha muitos sinais de uso. O café da manhã é simples, porém bom. Mas acabou o leite, fui lá avisar e moça veio, olhou e não voltou mais, fiquei esperando uns 15 minutos e nada. Até postei nas redes sociais, lógico que sem identificar o local.

Experiência negativa

Pelo preço que pagamos, não estávamos esperando um hotel de luxo, mas fomos surpreendidos negativamente. Ficamos no quarto 403, não havia tomada além da que era usada para ligar o frigobar. Frigobar bem velho e com bastante ferrugem. O pior de tudo é algum tipo de vazamento que tem no banheiro que deixa água empoçada. Quando chegamos já havi uma poça d'água em frente a pia do banheiro. O espelho do banheiro estava bem sujo e o box também. A porta do banheiro estava quebrada. O interfone do quarto não funciona. Paredes sujas, toalhas encardidas e teto do banheiro e parte do teto do quarto mofados. O café da manhã não é ruim. O atendimento é ok, normal. A estada foi um pouco descondortavel, mas nos serviu para passar uma noite. O lado positivo é que fica exatamente na entrada da estação de metrô. Não recomento e não voltarei a me hospedar lá.

Com toda certeza a localização é o ponto forte do hotel, o quarto estava ok, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando direitinho, mas como não estava muito calor isso não fez diferença. A parede estava com marcas de pés e mãos, oque visualmente não é legal, a porta do banheiro é de vidro, oque foi um pouco incodo, pois dividi o quatro com o meu sobrinho. Nada disso impactos muito na minha estadia, fui bem atendida pelos funcionários, a cama é confortável, acomodações limpas, tudo muito limpinho. Com certeza ficaria lá outra vez.

Em geral a experiência foi boa. A região da Sé infelizmente é povoada por moradores de rua, mas há policiamento no local 24hrs. Como usamos bastante transporte público, o hotel estar bem localizado, por fica de frente para estação do metrô da Sé. Café da manhã faltou alguns itens como ovos e cuscuz ou outra proteína ou quem sabe tapioca. Quarto novo, porém o ar condicionado é pequeno para o tamanho de quarto.
