This place was great! The breakfast was yummy! All that was missing was free water and an elevator for us. But all in all it was spic and span! WhatsApp was very helpful and receptive

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!

Boa localização e o quarto no geral com boa limpeza. O hotel não possui elevador e muita escada para quem tem muita bagagem. O café da manhã é simples, mas foi bom bom, apesar do lugar ser muito pequeno. Hotel recomendado somente para casais ou individual e com pouca bagagem.

Quarto ótimo, grande! , Mas a privada tava rachada e quando meu filho de 11 anos sentou, rachou e quebrou. Avisamos ao hotel. Café da manhã bom, mas tinha fila e o local bem pequeno, mas satisfatorio. A unica grande reclamação é que não tem elevador. Só escadas. Estavamos com muitas malas e foi realmente muito chato de subir tudo, mas o recepcionista foi solicito e nos ajudou, so acho que deveria ter essa sinalização de não ter elevador. Fora isso, o hotel é bem acima da media, com quartos confortaveis, lençóis maravilhosos, camas confortáveis, chiveiro bom. quebrou.

O hotel não possui elevador, o que dificulta um pouco a mobilidade com malas. O banheiro não tem uma porta, apenas um vidro que não isola completamente a área, então se você não estiver sozinho, pode ser um problema. Em geral o ambiente é limpo.
