Me surpreendeu, gostei!

Quando chegamos houve um erro de informação quanto ao quarto, no minha conta constava cama de casal e no documento emitido pelo hotel constava quarto duplo com camas de solteiro. Mas logo foi disponibilizado um novo quarto, limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. O banheiro possui exaustor e secador de cabelo. O café é no quarto e ficamos satisfeitos com a quantidade e opções entregues: pães, frios, frutas, bolos, biscoitos, sucos, leite e café, tudo estava muito gostoso. A única observação é que as janelas de vidro do quarto possui frestas em que o barulho da rua entra bastante no quarto, mas conforme fica mais tarde, a movimentação e o barulho diminuem. Então não foi um problema. A localização é ótima, com padaria, restaurantes, farmácia e lojas por perto.

Hotel é bom, cafe da manhã bom mas poderiam oferecer pratos e talheres . Colchão e travesseiros duros. Funcionarios excelentes e gentis. Banheiro poderia ter onde pendurar as toalhas.

Não gostei do hotel. As fotos enganam. Parecia um hotel mais antigo e bem reformado, mas não está devidamente reformado. Ar-condicionado fica pingando muito dentro do quarto. Não tem basicamente isolamento acústico, sendo bastante barulhento. O chuveiro elétrico dá choque. O assento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado. Também está infestado de pequenas formigas/cupins. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem honesto.

Hotel bem localizado proximo a residencia de familiares. Voltaremos sem duvida. Entretanto sugiro colchão mais confirtavel pois era extremamente firme para nós. Coloquem prendedores no banheiro, pois não tem onde colocar toalha e roupa, troquem a porta do banheiro. Forneçam talheres e guardanapos( ainda que de papel) no café da manhã. Funcionátias muito solícitas!

Decepcionante

Confusão para localizar a reserva no check in. Confusão com tipo de quarto e quantidade de camas. Cortina furada, travesseiros de plástico desconfortável, cobertores (apenas uma manta fina) insuficientes, ar condicionado não liga e não tem botões para regular. TV apenas com canais abertos (antena). Apenas meio rolo de papel no banheiro em um suporte quebrado. Espelho do banheiro precisa ser trocado. Não há frigobar nem bebedouro disponíveis. Chuveiro quente Faz a chave do energia cair. Não há cabides no quarto. Rua barulhenta e paredes finas. Dá para ouvir outros quartos.
Ar condicionado sem regulagem, não funciona.
