Localização excelente. Quarto confortável e com bons equipamentos. Equipe educada quando disponível, pois o atendimento é apenas das 7h as 19h. Cheguei às 21h para checkin e foi um caos.

O apto atendeu ao que se esperava. Estava limpo e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é excelente, muito próxima do metrô Jardim São Paulo, perto de 2 farmácias, conta com um mini mercado no térreo. A única observação a ser feita é que que a tampa do vaso do banheiro estava rachada e veio a quebraro que causou um pouco de incômodo.

Bom quarto, limpeza razoável pra ruim, pois havia muita poeira no chão, principalmente nos cantos. O banheiro, apensar de bem limpo, exarava muito odor de tubulação de esgoto. Noutro ponto, a equipe do prédio era fantástica, sempre disposta e receptiva.

Boa acomodação para pouco tempo !! Banheiro bem pequeno , não tem ducha higiênica , tudo bem conservado !! Garagens nas redondezas com preços razoáveis ,atentar-se para horários e dias de funcionamento das mesmas . Tudo bem
