This place have no in person attendant. They sent me confirmation of my booking without providing me apt number and password to enter. When I arrived there no attendant, and person answer the doorbell and don’t speak English, have no clue how to help. I reserved parking and when I got there they said no parking included in my reservation. Parking garage not working at all. Their Expedia info is a trick and all lies. After 1 night of stay the power went off and was sent to a very small studio Apt. Worse apart hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will never recommend this place even to a homeless person.

Boa localização. Revelante o custo/beneficio

Fizemos uma viagens entre 3 amigos. O Custo benefício da estadia foi excelente… tendo em vista que naquela semana estava acontecendo a fórmula 1. Ficamos por quase uma semana. O apto é bem novo e conservado. Fica em uma excelente localização. O ruim é que não tem A/C no quarto de anexo. Acordei por 2 noites consecutivas com calor. A acomodação também não tinha utensílios para limpeza. Porém, o mesmo foi providenciado pelo proprietário.

Zentral, sichere Nachbarschaft. Batterie der Fernbedienung zum Tv war leer, eine Lampe (Glühbirne) kaputt und das Internet war sehr schwach. Ansonsten alles gut. Sauber, Einrichtung modern und in guten Zustand.

Ótima experiência

A experiência foi ótima, acesso totalmente automatizado e prático, exatamente como nas fotos, Internet ok para trabalhar. Localização é ótima, bem próximo da Av Paulista e estação do metrô, apesar de ser uma ladeira, fica bem tranquilo de se locomover. Localização também é segura e com várias opções de comodidades e restaurantes nas proximidades. Excelente!!

Ótimo apartamento com uma boa localização.

Apartamento novo, limpo e bem completo. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários e ainda conta com uma cafeteira Nespresso. A cama é bem espaçosa e confortável. Fica bem próximo da Avenida Paulista e é bem fácil de encontrar.

Ótima relação custo e benefício!

A estadia foi excelente. O prédio é novo. Apartamento grande e limpo. Fiquei num duplex no ultimo andar. Tem dois quartos e dois banheiros, sendo um só lavabo. Se tivesse mais um banheiro com chuveiro seria melhor. Tem lavanderia no térreo que me pareceu boa, embora eu não tenha usado. Acho que é paga com cartão de crédito. Não tenho certeza. Dessas máquinas automáticas. Tem um guarda volume pequeno na entrada também que funciona de forma automática. Tem supermercado há uma quadra, Tem muitos locais perto para comer. A localização é excelente. Perto do metrô. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade com a biometria facial na entrada. Não cadastrava de jeito nenhum e perdemos um pouco de tempo com isso. Mas foi tudo resolvido rapidamente. O pessoal de apoio no whatsapp e interfone são excelentes. A comunicação com eles é muito fácil o que nos deu muita segurança, embora não haja recepção física. Recomendo muito o local. Voltarei!
