O quarto estava limpo, o primeiro apartamento em que me colocaram a televisão era muito velha e nem funcionava, e as bordas da banheira estavam rachadas. Comuniquei na recepção, mas somente no segundo dia me trocaram de apartamento, que estava ok. 5 Estrelas para a Funcionária/Recepcionista Ana, desde o atendimento para a reserva por telefone, no check-in, nas providências para a mudança de quarto e no check-out. O café da manhã é horrível, frio e sem opções, além do atendimento totalmente impessoal. O hotel não dispõe de restaurante, nem para o café da manhã, o serviço continua no esquema de ¨Motel¨, não evoluiu com a mudança. O hotel não dispõe de elevadores, são 3 andares de escada e corredores longos, sem alguém que ajude com as malas. Estacionamento não usei. Custo x benefício = Positivo

NÃO RECOMENDO! Tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável neste hotel. Logo na chegada, nos ofereceram um quarto diferente daquele que havíamos reservado. Apesar da situação, decidimos relevar. No entanto, os problemas continuaram. Durante uma onda de frio intenso em São Paulo, tentamos tomar banho e simplesmente não conseguíamos fazer a água do chuveiro esquentar. Passamos bastante tempo tentando resolver a situação, entramos em contato com a recepção e seguimos todas as orientações fornecidas, mas o problema não foi solucionado. Na hora de dormir, percebemos que a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada ou higienizada adequadamente, pois apresentava um odor desagradável. Além disso, havia apenas um lençol extremamente fino, totalmente inadequado para a temperatura da noite. Ao buscar uma coberta no armário, encontramos uma peça com cheiro de guardado, dando a impressão de não ser lavada há muito tempo. Como consequência, tivemos crises de rinite e alergia, tornando a noite extremamente desconfortável. No café da manhã, encontramos alimentos que aparentavam estar passados, especificamente o melão e o presunto. Outro ponto negativo é a localização e o ambiente ao redor do hotel. Durante a madrugada havia barulho na região, além da presença constante de moradores de rua nas proximidades, o que contribuiu para uma sensação de insegurança. Escolhemos o hotel para ter uma estadia agradável e confortável, mas isso não aconteceu, por isso não recomendamos!

Propriedade bem antiga ,tudo dentro do quarto bem antigo ,parece mais um motel bem velho cortinas que parece de outra década , tapeçaria que dar nojo de pisar descalça ,espelho do banheiro nem da pra se ver de tão velho nem tem mais reflexo ,tv de tubo imagem muito ruim ,banheira de hidromassagem meio antiga em com manchas encardidas nem usei por nojo ,cama redonda nada a ver ,café da manhã bem simples que eles entregam no quarto diferente de outros que tem selve service, vc abri a janela e passa várias pessoas e umas bagunças e coisas velhas do lado de fora ,panos no chão ...lençóis daquelas que dá coceira .. complicado..mais os funcionários atendem bem ,são prestativos o problema mesmo e a propriedade bem velha ..precisa de uma boa reforma para parecer um hotel razoável !!!

Nunca más este hotel es primero en una zona muy muy insegura . Las habitaciones están muy sucias con olor terrible la TV sigue catodica y no hay ningún servicio a parte de un desayuno terrible. Hay un menú pero no hay cocina y nada por comprar al rededor al menos de una zona súper insegura. Las alfombras son negras de suciedad y es un hotel de sexo de los años 20 que no fue mantenido. Puse una estrella por Ana de recepción pero sinon por favor pase su camino
