Excelente estadia! O custo-benefício foi totalmente atendido. A equipe do hotel é sempre disposta a ajudar, muito simpática e atenciosa. A limpeza é impecável, tudo muito cheiroso e bem organizado. Apesar de ser um hotel mais antigo, é extremamente bem cuidado, o que mostra o carinho e dedicação dos funcionários. Recomendo!

Adorei a estadia, as pessoas da recepção são super educadas e prestativas e as moças da limpeza idem, só colocaria uma observação para melhorem a academia que é realmente muito deteriorada para quem gosta. Os funcionários são ótimos. Muito gentis e solícitos. Bom café da manhã (preço justo). Contudo, o empreendimento precisa muito de uma reforma. O ideal seria uma boa revitalização nos apartamentos como um todo, inclusive nos banheiros, substituição de portas, pisos, chuveiros, box, além de uma nova pintura nas partes internas. Também seria bom uma melhor higienização das toalhas (algumas foram disponibilizadas com fio de cabelo preso a elas...).

Uma boa estadia apenas para 1 ou 2 noites no máximo, fiquei hospedado com minha esposa. O apartamento necessita de uma modernização e por ficar ao lado da Av. 23 de julho, o barulho incomoda um pouco. Lugar limpo e aconchegante, estrutura antiga, mas muito bem conservada. Atendimento super TOP, não vou citar nomes, mas todos muito bem atenciosos. Banheiros grandes com chuveiros funcionando, agua quente funcionando tudo certinho. Mas tenho uma dica, compre agua na recepção, pois eles não colocam no frigobar.
