Foi uma experiência bem satisfatória pelo preço que considerei barato. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Com boa circulação de ar e uma varanda agradável. Aparentemente estava limpo. Já a limpeza do banheiro não estava boa, pois tinha algumas marcas de uso recente. Achei o quarto muito barulhento à noite, pois as tubulações fazem muitos ruídos, as paredes parecem ser bem finas. Quando o vizinho vai ao banheiro dá para ouvir. Só consegui dormir bem porque estava com tampão nos ouvidos. O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo.

A estadia, em geral, foi boa. Pontos negativos: O sofá-cama era bem ruim. O Chão estava cheio de cabelo e pêlos nos cantos das paredes. Fizeram a limpeza, mas continuou sujo do mesmo jeito. Nas camas havia edredons bem grossos e para o sofá-cama uma manta fina e isso foi um problema, pois negaram cobertas mais finas e quem ficou com os edredons passou calor para que quem estava com a coberta fina não passasse frio. Pontos positivos: Boa localização, isolamento acústico. Louças, panelas e eletrodomésticos.
