This hotel is either a scam or very close to it because of their disastrous check-in system. They provide no instructions for checking in, only a phone number that connects you to a bot speaking solely in Portuguese. After multiple attempts—while exhausted and waiting at the door after an 11-hour flight from the US—no one ever answered my calls. I was forced to take a cab and drag my suitcase across São Paulo just to find another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. Never book with this hotel.

O quarto é muito bonito e aconchegante. Contudo, tive grandes dificuldades em realizar o reconhecimento facial no check-in. O link enviado não fazia a leitura do meu rosto de jeito nenhum. Além disso, o fechadura do quarto é eletrônica e parecia estar com defeito, pois não apareciam todos os números, e quando aparecia, eles apagavam antes de eu conseguir digitar a senha. Por duas vezes tive que solicitar a abertura remota. O ponto positivo foram os funcionários da portaria, muito atenciosos!
