The worst place we have ever stayed. Took over 1.25 hours to check in, as the reservation had not been sent to front desk properly. We then found human hairs and dead insects, reception advised bed bugs on the bed sheets. Both the bedroom and lounge blinds would not open, as the cords were missing. The toilet seat surround has dried yellow urine stains. Surfaces were dusty, and the sofa too disgusting to sit on. The coffee machine stunk of mould so could not be used. The sandwich maker has remnants of the last sandwich in there! Front desk asked us to contact the owner directly (he ignored us), as they couldn't get through to him. Very misleading setup, the hotel chain advised of lots of problems so seemed aware of the low standards at the studios. Honestly never write negative reviews as we can accept small issues with traveling abroad, but this place is a scam... The studio is not fit for habitation. Even prisoners can see out of the windows!

Mercure é um hotel ótimo, porém, como é um flat alugado a parte, não havia atendimento. Faltou papel higiênico, falta melhor conservação. Vocês poderiam colocar mais detalhes no post pra ficar ciente do que seria necessário levar. Falar do tipo de atendimento. No Geraldo, recomendo e voltaria, como agora sei como funciona o flat no Mercure, já entraria em contato antes com o proprietário.

Apartamento velho, mas limpo.

O apartamento e a mobília têm um aspecto de velho, porém tudo estava limpo e funcionando bem. A cama é confortável, apesar de a roupa de cama ser de qualidade inferior. O jogo de toalhas também não eram de boa qualidade, mas acredito que é o padrão do hotel. Vale a pena para uma estadia curta.

Fuja deste lugar

Flat 1604 que fica dentro do hotel Mercure. A acomodação é pequena e o conforto é muito ruim. Em um quarto velho e sujo. Havia uma obra no quarto, com o forro de gesso aberto e tubulações expostas. Não recomendo.
