Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: BRL 2000 per accommodation, per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 400 per accommodation, per week (varies based on the length of stay).
• A damage deposit of BRL 2000 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required.
