HORRIBLE

Horrible stay! Please don’t stay in this property! Nothing works! From the clothing washer machine, internet, tv, elevator and etc. People super rude And unprofessional. The washer got locked for 6 hours with my clothing inside. 2 technicians had to come to open it. ALL my clothing was damaged. I couldn’t sleep without the AC! WOrse experience of my life. I have been a loyal customer to Hotel.com for over 10 years and that is my first complaint or review. Please run from this place!
