Superou minhas expectativas, sai de um hotel que não me agradou para o VN Bela Cintra, e me surpreendi com a qualidade e condições do hotel, fiquei poucos dias não cheguei a utilizar outros serviços como alimentação e outros recursos que não o quarto onde fiquei. Mas lá encontrei tudo que precisava. Hotel limpo, novo, tecnológico e agradável para se descansar. Excelente!

não oferece serviço de hotel, ao meu ver não compensa o custo beneficio. Deveria ficar mais claro na hora da compra que não se trata de um hotel, isso consta apenas nas observações da reserva. E só percebi quando me hospedei. A arrumação do quarto acontece uma vez por semana, não inclui café da manha......

Empreendimento c/ potencial,mas serviço incipiente

Chegamos e devido a “uma queda de energia na rua”,os elevadores não estavam funcionando e precisamos subir até o 12º andar de escada! Além disso, ao chegar no quarto, havia duas camas de solteiro (quando havia sido reservado um quarto com cama de casal) e também estava saindo apenas água quente pelas torneiras. Como já era de madrugada, alegaram que só poderiam verificar a situação pela manhã! Outro inconveniente, foi que fiquei presa dentro do box do banheiro (pois a porta de vidro emperrou). Foi preciso um funcionário ser acionado para resolver a situação. Um constrangimento! Sendo sincera, acredito que todos esses problemas aconteceram pq o edifício foi recém inaugurado, talvez as unidades ainda não tenham sido testadas. Em outras palavras, a instalação tem um potencial enorme para ser um sucesso (devido a localização e estrutura moderna), mas ainda ainda se fazem necessários alguns ajustes. Ressalto a gentileza do rapaz da recepção do turno noturno e o café da manhã do restaurante que fica no térreo (que é ótimo, mas não está incluso no valor da diária). Acho importante esclarecer tb (e isso vale para os anúncios nos sites de reserva), que o VN não é um hotel: é como alugar um apart,portanto não há serviço de camareira e afins. Portanto, diante da nossa experiência, achei que pagamos caro por essas diárias

Hotel bom e confortável mas a falta de arrumação do quarto e a não integração do restaurante ao hotel contam contra. Excepcional TV com sinal perfeito.
