The doormen were great. Very responsive on what's app. For concerns. The maid service was poor - it took days to get bedding for the sofa bed and requested toilet paper and that was never brought.

Nice clean new apartment in a new highrise right on Av. Rebouças. If you want to explore Pinheiros on foot, everyrhing is pretty close. Area is safe, walkable, and pleasant. And Av. Paulista is only a short Uber ride away. The only thing to note is that this is not a hotel as such. The front door guys are friendly but check-in can be a bit involved if you don't read the instructions the rental company sends. So, read them!

Beautiful but bad Maintanance

The building and room are beautiful and well equipped. Maintenance of room bad! Internet and hair dryer no working. One curtain missing so at night there was light coming in. Communication also bad. I arrived 2 hours early and the reception did not have any information about me and my room. For an hour we called and mailed with the admin company for them to pass the data… cleaning staff was amazing!

Apt lindo mas estofado Podre!

O EDF legal, moderno e com ótimo acesso. Perfeito para quem vai andar de Uber pq tem uma entrada boa e segura do carro. O apt com uma vista lindíssima. Mas alguns pontos tiraram completamente o charme. Os estofados estão incrivelmente desgastados. O sofá extremamente sujo inclusive com marca de queima de cigarro. Dando um aspecto de descaso, o que interfere na experiência, pois os quartos são bem legais e confortáveis. Os móveis são de bom gosto mas essa parte da limpeza dos sofás q na verdade terá q ser uma troca de tecido pois não adianta mais limpar precisa ser feita com a máxima urgência.

Cuando llegamos el piso estaba sucio, y había polvo en los estantes, luego de que pasaron las chicas de limpieza mejoró. El primer día no teníamos cortinas suficientes, lo reportamos y al rato vinieron a ponerlas. La vista es hermosa, la cama muy cómoda, ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad.
