The room is a small suite. It is very clean and well furnished. One problem is with the bed sheets they dont change them No garbage bags either They dont change the towels too

Decent place. It's located within Mercure hotel Guarulhos. the building has many condo units and Xtay operates some, and shares the front desk with Mercure. Cleanliness in general was ok. They ask us to check in online prior to arriving, through their app Which is very hard to use. But I was only able to get wifi password that way. Front desk didn't share that info at all. Great rooftop view. AC works great. Quick Uber to the airport.

O quarto estava limpo, mas o ar condicionado (central) não gelava. A menor temperatura alcançada foi de 26º C. SP com onda de calor. Foi bem complicado, principalmente com crianças e idosos.

Localizacao boa, perto do aeroporto de Guarulhos. Fica dentro de um hotel e isso passa confiança. O apartamento estava um poico sujo e o banheiro com sinais de vazamento. Mas no geral é um bom loval pra ficar.

What the heck!

No toilettpaper offered at an appartment hotel but soap, shower gel, coffee , bed linnen … how did they come up with that concept. Close to AirPort was a bonus for us
