Amazing hotel with a friendly, welcoming staff

My family and I loved our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and we throughly enjoyed the large breakfast every morning! The room was very clean, and the location was nice and relaxing. It was a short drive from the beach, but it was nice to be away from the busyness of the town. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pontos a melhorar

Aquecimento da piscina deixa a desejar. Apenas quebra o gelo da agua mas nao a deixa confortável qdo não há sol. Demoram bastante para limpar os quartos, acredito q se tivessem mais funcionários os quartos seriam limpos mais cedo. A internet tem intermitência e muitas vezes falha.

Só não dei 5 estrelas pq durante a estadia apareceu no quarto 2 vezes barata e eu tenho pânico 😱. E sou intolerante a leite e derivados e se comer passo mal e teve batata doce um dia e eu comi sem saber q tinha cido feita com manteiga, sabiam q havia um hóspede intolerante e achei desnecessário ter feito com manteiga, já q eu tive pouquíssimas opções sem leite, tive q levar opções como leite vegetal e iogurte vegano, pq não havia disponível.

Potencial para melhorar

Hotel com grande potencial em ser bom, porém, deixa a desejar. Cama desconfortável, a acústica entre os apartamentos é horrível e isso faz com que seja extremamente barulhento e bem ruim para dormir, senti saudade da minha cama, experiência que nunca tive em hotéis, visto que sempre vamos para ter uma noite de sonhos. A piscina é “vendida” como aquecida mas não se engane rsrs de aquecida não tem nada, bem gelada inclusive. O café da manhã é ok, nada de extraordinário, pão e frios, e dois bolos que comemos os dois dias (sim, serviram o mesmo bolo, já estava até seco de passado) o restante, não senti gosto de nada, tudo sem sabor, sem tempero. TV’s velhas, revivemos o DVD haha, sim, em 2024. Ou seja, é bonito, tem potencial, mas deixa muito a desejar.
