The hotel has a really strange structure where you hear everyone talking and there's no noise canceling. I was not able to rest due to the noise coming from the restaurant and lobby area at night and early morning. There is no parking for all rooms so you need to park on the street, which is very narrow and in a distant area from the main beach/town.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The deluxe room is just right at the corner of the reception, very noisy and cramped. When we arrived we were informed that the sauna was in another facility 2 kilometres away - not sure if we meant to walk all the way there.

O pessoal da recepção sempre atenciosos, limpeza muito boa, porém ficamos no quarto 7 e estava com vazamento no banheiro do box quando usávamos para tomar banho, disseram que foram arrumar, mas mesmo assim não resolveu o problema, disseram q não tinha disponibilidade para troca de quarto pois estava tudo cheio (segundo a recepção), sem dizer um monte de inseto que estava na porta do quarto e no banheiro!

Bom custo-benefício

Muito confortável, bom custo-benefício. Tem alguns pontos a melhorar, cheguei no café da manhã as 9 horas e já estava uma bagunça, sem reposições, inclusive café frio e não repuseram o leite durante todo meu café da manhã, achei essa parte bem bagunçada. Outro ponto foi sobre a brinquedoteca, escolhi o hotel justamente por isso e ela estava inativa, poderiam ter sido mais atenciosos e explicado antes da estadia, foi um balde de água fria. Do mais tudo certo durante minha estadia

Excelente estadia para descanso

No geral foi incrivel a estadia. Cacfe da manha de qualidade, a piscina ser aquecida foi a salvação da viagem, pois fez frio e chuva e ainda sim passei o dia na piscina e na hidro externa e no final da noite a banheira no quarto. O quarto é bem novo, a tv é smart e pega os apps na conta do proprio hotel. O atendimento foi muito bom, somente na recepção teve um detalhe, mas as vezes podemos nao estar em um bom dia, nada que desabone o lugar. E ter um bar na piscina foi realmente bacana, alem do hotel fornecer quantas toalhas voce solicitar e ter uma parceria com outro hotel quando for a praia. Apesar de não ter usado o serviço, eles tambem oferecem bicicleta, ótimo como um a mais para o hospede e tambem tem academia. Voltarei sem duvida.
