Foi eu minha sogra a esposa e meus dois filhos , casa faltando itens básicos , sem box , microndas quebrado chuveiro quebrado , sem as descargas , limpeza e cobrada mas a casa estava suja , o lugar é maravilhoso mas a casa não recomendo a ninguém com mofos na paredes

Excelente condomínio e localização, casa boa para 6 pessoas.

Obrigado Mônica, por nos receber em seu imóvel e por nos atender tão bem em todas as nossas solicitações e dúvidas. Parabéns pela presteza e eficiência em nos atender. Foi uma semana superagradável que passamos no Condomínio Canto do Mar- casa O-01. O Condomínio é excelente em segurança, localização (melhor lugar de Maresias, sem dúvidas) e diversão na área do salão de jogos, e das piscinas (sendo uma grande aquecida e uma grande não aquecida). A casa é razoavelmente boa. Tem dois quartos grandes com ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, sala com ventilador de teto, cozinha boa e dois banheiros. A área de churrasco (varandinha da frente) merecia uma mesa. As descargas dos dois banheiros estão sem aquela pecinha que a gente aperta, de forma que tinhamos que apertar direto pelo parafuso, e as portas dos banheiros estão agarrando um pouquinho (únicos defeitos da casa). Conserta aí pra gente, Mônica. kkkkkk. A casa no geral é boa, e acomoda muito bem, 6 pessoas.

ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO MAS PRECISA DE MELHORIAS

A casa fica em um excelente condomínio com ótima estrutura, segurança e muito bem localizado, perto de tudo (praia e centrinho). A casa tem bom tamanho para 9 adultos, o fato de haver 2 banheiros e churrasqueira privada é muito bom, mas precisa melhorar na limpeza, e principalmente na manutenção (porta de entrada com problemas na fechadura dificultando muito a abertura e fechamento, algumas tomadas e lampadas que não funcionam, pia da cozinha sem ralinho para reter os resíduos, chuveiros sem box de proteção, pia do banheiro entupida, a TV da sala está bem ruim). Os utensílios da cozinha também são bem ruins. Creio que o imóvel pode melhorar muito com poucos reparos que não custariam muito ao proprietário. Mas no geral pelo valor que é cobrado é aceitável.
