Local muito bom e limpo

O local é muito próximo da praia do Gonzaguinha, nem 100 metros da praia. O apto é super limpo, e idêntico às fotos da propaganda. O único problema é que o prédio não tem garagem, então é necessário buscar um estacionamento para guardar o carro, porém a proprietária Sra. Neide é muito solicita e nos ajudou a achar um estacionamento bom e confiável.
