Nates House – Two-bedroom house with garden

Nates House is a traditional Madeiran house, warm and functional, ideal for families or small groups, with a maximum capacity of 5 guests. The property blends authenticity, comfort and tranquillity, offering a relaxing stay in a natural and peaceful setting.

The house features two bedrooms with double beds, ensuring restful nights and quality sleep. It includes a bathroom with shower and an open-space living room and kitchen, creating a bright, spacious and harmonious area for socialising and shared meals. This space has direct access to an outdoor patio with views over the São Vicente valley, perfect for relaxing moments and enjoying the surrounding landscape.

The house also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, providing extra convenience during your stay. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a garden with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining, social moments and leisure time in close contact with nature.

AREA
Located in São Vicente, in a natural and peaceful area, Nates House is set in a valley surrounded by green landscapes and a typical rural Madeiran atmosphere. The location offers peace and natural beauty, while remaining close to local services, shops and main access roads. An ideal place for those seeking rest, nature and an authentic experience, without giving up comfort and convenience.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
