New and clean hotel with a great view of the Sapanca lake. Breakfast was sufficient but not like advertised in the pictures. Tea was not drinkable unfortunately, I hope they change this. Jaccuzi available in every room like shown, and you really get what you paid for. During snowly days the roads are very dangerous. You should to take go to the end of the street to take the least steepest road otherwise the car won't go. Highlight were the staff who are always available to help and super kind and friendly. They make the experience amazing.

Oda imkanları sitede belirtildiği gibiydi ve gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Şehir merkezine uzak olduğu için otel taksi çağırma ricasında bulunduk ve her seferinde taksi bulundu. Otelin yanı başında yürüyüşe uygun orman var. Otelin restoranı üç öğün için de gayet yeterli ve çeşitli bir menü sunuyor. Biz genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık

Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok ilgili , iyimser ve güleryüzlüydü. Konumu manzarası güzeldi. Bizim giriş altında yola sıfırdı odamız fakat balkonundan gene manzarası vardır. Eminim üst katların daha da iyidir. Jakuzi suyu sarımsıdı. Işıktandır diye düşünerek gene girdik. Kahvaltısıda güzeldi.

Jakuzi çalışmıyor öncelikle onu söyleyeyim yeteri kadar su doldurmamıza rağmen ayrıca sıcak su yok jakuziye sıcak su akmıyor muhtemelen sıcak su yeterli değil odalar yeni güzel konforlu fakat otel ormanın dibinde olduğu için kokulu böcek çok var muhtemelen tavan arasında yuvaları var yaklaşık 6 7 tane yakalayıp dışarı attım. Otel yeni güzel fakat bu sorunları düzeltmeden anlam ifade etmiyor. Börtü böcekten çekinmiyorsanız tutabilirsiniz odalar yatak dolap her şey yeni
