Oldukça iyi bir tatil yeri , bungalovlar yakın bu bazıları için sorun olabilir onun dışında tavandan jakuziden dolayı su damlaması oluyor. Ama manzara , mekanın dış ve iç dekorasyonu gayet iyi . Oda çok soğuktu ısınmakta zorluk çektik. Verilen odun anca görüntü içindi şömine kazanı kendini bile ısıtamadan söndü. Extra odun istedik 300 tl para istediler iki sandığa 600 tl verdik. Klima olmasa o gece terk edicektik. Benim bildiğim misafir bu şekilde madur edilmez oda sıcak olmalıydı. 600 tl ödeme almazlar heralde dedik (odun için) ödeme için yoldan 7-8 kere aradılar. Yani hiç hayal ettiğimiz gibi değildi. Personel çok nazik ve özveriliydi. Bu tip işletmelerde bizim gibi memnuniyetsiz misafir çıkar o yüzden size başarılar dilerim.

Konaklamamız ne yazık ki beklentilerimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Otele ilk girişte dikkat çeken bozuk yol bile başlı başına kötü bir izlenim oluşturdu. Oda temizliği konusunda da ciddi eksikler vardı. Cam kenarlarında böcekler bulunması hijyen açısından kabul edilemezdi. Bunun yanında, odadaki duş malzemeleri bozuktu ve fayansların tamir edilmemiş olması bakım onarım konusundaki ilgisizliği gösteriyordu. Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltının otel restoranında verileceği söylenmişti ancak sonrasında 10 dakikalık araba mesafesindeki başka bir binaya yönlendirildik. Bu durum hem zaman kaybı yarattı hem de verilen bilginin gerçeği yansıtmadığını gösterdi. Genel olarak, hem temizlik hem de hizmet anlamında ciddi iyileştirmelere ihtiyaç var. Bu haliyle fiyat–performans açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edemiyorum.

Bakımsız mobilyalar, akan duş başlıkları, muslukların kenarlarından akan sular ve yoğun sigara kokusu ( sigara içmeyen bizler için) rahatz ediciydi. Otel genel olarak çok güzel çalışanlar ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar ama temizlik çok kötü odalar çok pis yemekler çok berbat kahvaltı çeşidi çok az çocuklar için neredeyse yiyecek hiçbir şey yok bizim konakladığığımız ılk 2 gün havuz çok pisti sonra ilaçlama yapıldı toparlandı ..çocuk havuzu çok soguktu ve hiçbir şekilde ısınmadı.. otelin girişi çok sıkıntılı aşırı dirik bir yokuş var. Çocuk parkı aşırı derecede eski ve ve böceklerle dolu çocuklar asla kullanamadılar çocuklar için herhangi bir aktivite yok

Kendi aracınız yoksa kışın gitmek için uygun bir yer değil taksiciler kar vardır yokuş gerekçesiyle bizi götürmedi. Bu konuda otel ilgiliydi durumu anlatınca hemen kendilerinden bir araç yönlendirdiler bizi alması için yine de tabii ki oyalayan bir süreç. Ev güzel ama klima ile ısıtılıyor özellikle büyük olan alt kısım son sıcaklıkta yakmanıza rağmen ısınmıyor. Üst kısım daha küçük olduğu için iyi ısınmıştı. Yine kar ve buz yüzünden ev üst kısımlardaysa inmek çıkmak zor, bizimki öyle oldu. Restorantı ilgili istediğiniz şey hızlı getiriliyor. Yazın da denemek lazım ama kış için uygun bir tercih olmadığını düşünüyorum.
