Option 1: Balanced & Professional (Recommended)
While the hotel facilities are great and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Sapporo Station, supermarkets, and convenience stores—I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor customer service. The check-in staff were very unfriendly. In contrast, the dining staff were much more welcoming, especially the lovely lady checking the guest list at the restaurant entrance. As for the room, the queen room was quite spacious, but the carpet was old and looked dirty. Additionally, the price felt expensive, especially with an extra charge of ¥900 per person per night. Given the cold reception at the front desk, there are better accommodation choices in Sapporo.
