Our rooms were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that, although the complimentary breakfast was amazing, some of the servers had attitude issues. I do not blame them. There was a rush of people who dined in for breakfast, but their attitude and demeanor as they worked on the buffet table affected the mood of the venue. We overlooked it, but Customer Service is key to having a top notch Hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. Excellent!

Dodgy connection from Hotels.com to the RadonPlaza booking system, but resolved after a few minutes drama. Friendly, helpful staff, cavernous rooms, great breakfast and a ROTATING 15th floor restaurant!!!!! Close (just 2km) to the airport and great value for money.

Not a 5 star hotel in any part of the world. More like a 3. Check in time listed is wrong as well as the “free parking” that doesn’t exist. They also don’t allow early check in by even 20 min unless you pay extra. No water in the room or mini bar, when requested we were told there’s no one available to bring any sort of room service.

“We were deceived by the hotel’s exterior appearance and star rating. This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our Balkan trip. The ventilation is nonexistent and it smells terrible. I couldn’t capture the smell in a photo, so there’s no picture. If I had to rate it, I’d give it 1 out of 10, or even -5 out of 5. The carpets are dirty, the bed linens are dirty—it’s a very low-quality hotel. Those considering this hotel should definitely look at the negative reviews and make their decision accordingly. Hotels are what make a vacation enjoyable, but unfortunately, we stayed here for one night, and my family couldn’t sleep because of the smell.”
