When checking in and seeing what our room options were, we wanted to cancel our booking immediately. The rooms are not the cleanest, and had a problem with hot water at one point. There were stains on the coffee table that the house keeper wouldn’t wipe, the floors looked and felt dirty, the couches looked like there never been cleaned. The room upgrade was a waste of money as the room was very small, view was OK, the beach in the property is very small and not at all what I expected. When we tried to cancel our booking we were told we wouldn’t get a full refund and would lose the 1 night stay as penalty. When asking for cancellation confirmation the staff member was rude, wouldn’t provide a receipt, kept rolling his eyes and he spoke in a very low tone, I could barely hear him. Because he wouldn’t provide cancellation confirmation, we decided to stay as we thought Expedia won’t provide the rest of the refund without proof!! The hallways are very musty, the carpets are so dirty and stained. Breakfast was OK, coffee was extra and not included, it was €4/coffee may I add. I would never stay here again!

Our hotel room had issues. Didn’t lock from inside. Property looked tired and played out. There is an outdated collateral system for towels for the beach and pool. The buffet was average at best. The Waterfront area was dirty with cigarettes and containers floating in the water. We really wanted to love this place, but left unhappy and would never Recommend anyone to stay. The only positive thing is that the staff was very nice, but I felt they were constricted and restricted within their roles. There are many other places to stay in the surrounding area and I would hope they step up their game.

The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it. They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort. During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm. The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros. Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff

The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

Do not get sucked into the Instagram promotions for this hotel. It’s as though the hotel staff deliberately try to be as rude and unhelpful as possible! The floor plan of the hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen not to mention the 1 elevator that can barely fit 4 people in it. Once you find the right one you’ll be waiting for a while! The food is average at best although I didn’t get food poisoning so that’s a plus. The music is so loud it’s impossible to have a conversation and the genre is either 2am club dance music or hip hop. The roof top pool is accessible for €36 each. Fair to say I wouldn’t go back to this hotel even if they paid me. I usually don’t bother to leave reviews but this place just left me wanting to go home as soon as possible..
