Awesome Location

The condo was clean and well furnished. It had beach chairs and a cart. It was quit even though there is a ton of action at the circle- you don’t hear it. Walkable to beach and restaurants. I highly recommend this unit.

Great location! Felt safe...even walking at night. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very Nice, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool area very nice. Loved the wagon for taking beach chairs and cooler to the beach. Thank you so much for everything! Hoping to book a week or 2 for next year

Amazing place

Great stay!

Location was great and very clean! Everything was accurate in the description. Roger is very quick to respond to any questions. The place is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Biggest bonus was the ice machine with the updated appliances. We will look to book again!

Pool and palm tree paradise

This condo was perfect for our needs. It had a well-equipped kitchen as well as many beach accessories (cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys). The first-floor unit was close to the provided parking space. The screened porch offered a sunny area facing a quiet residential street. Yet just a block away is the lively St. Armand’s circle with MANY shops and restaurants. The beach is just. 5-minute walk away (or a short drive to one of the beach parks). But we spent much of our time at the lovely pool in the courtyard. The beds were all made up when we arrived, which was most appreciated since we’d had a long drive. The sheets and towels were nice quality and the beds comfortable. The downtown cultural area of Sarasota is about a 10-minute drive (there is also a free trolley). We were able to attend opera festival as well as spring training ballgame. Highly recommend this unit for a relaxing vacation

Very well setup.

All updated appliances, furniture, and A/C equipment. It was a full service kitchen with all dishes, pans, toaster, coffee maker. etc needed. Plenty of fresh linens and towels. Even stocked with beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach cart. I already booked for next year.

Perfect Paradise

Beautiful condo located just steps to the St. Armand’s Circle where shops, restaurants and galleries await! 5-10 minute walk to Lido Beach. The condo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable with everything needed for a home away from home. Even the beds were comfy and sheets extremely soft! Plenty of towels, large kitchen and open floor plan and nice appliances. The private lanai is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Roger was a great communicator and provided excellent details for the property and good instructions. He was kind and responsive to any of my questions. The Condo property itself has a beautiful pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and seating around the shared pool deck. Landscaping is especially nice- and the neighborhood has lovely, well kept homes and is safe for walking or jogging. I would give this property 10 stars if I could! Looking forward to coming back in the Fall!

St armands Perfect location

This two bedroom property really has it all - but most of all - the location is wonderful. You can almost park your car and walk everywhere. I’m from Sarasota - lido is where I grew up - so not using my car for a week or two is so optimal - dinner. Shopping. Ice cream and of course the gorgeous beach is right out your door.
