My choice

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had issues. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are comfortable. They even have balconies, if you like that sort of thing. It's not a beach location but close enough where it's not that bad of a drive. My choice hotel when in Sarasota.

I really liked this hotel overall. I was in room 402 - good size room. King bed and pillows were very comfortable, good tv and channels, decent view and great water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and the comp breakfast was above average. My only hitch is the noise level inside the room. Not a lot of soundproofing went into the build. Group of teenage boys baseball players at the hotel really created a nuisance running around the halls and up and down the stairwell banging on doors with privacy please on them. I advised the front desk twice but what can they do when the parents have no interest in controling their own delinquents. But even without the hoodlums, these rooms will pick up all sounds especially footsteps. It's too bad.

Excellent property. Very clean and rooms spacious and clean. Desk staff were very friendly. We even got into our room 3 hours earlier than check-in which was amazing. Would recommend.

Great place to stay

Easy check in, bright beautiful lobby, and clean room. Our room was above the eating area, though, and a high school soccer team was staying there, so it got a little noisy. However, imagine it would just be a few rooms (ours included) that were on the mezzanine so we could hear the kids. Staff at breakfast were AMAZING!
