Front desk receptionist was very unfriendly. No greeting, barely looked up, took forever checking us in. After that, great stay. Great breakfast with lots of choices (eggs, bacon, bagels, pancakes, fruit, cereal, sandwich meat & cheese) with bright open space to eat with family. Beds were comfortable. Loved the pool but wish it was open later.

nothing unique. i really liked that the staff turned my blanket into a bunny , but when i called down to say thankyou at the desk the lady at the desk was rude and short with me. idk her name but she ruined all my good feeling with her ugly tone and dismissivness (that was saturday afternoon august 9th).

Location is easy to find & convenient to most attractions. Didn't like that there was only 1 drawer in the room, the half door in the shower, only 2 thin cheap towels in the room, cigarette butts on the balcony. Also, we've. been coming to this hotel for 3 years and have noticed a decline in the breakfast options each visit.

Stayed 3 nights. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You could hear every noise in the hallway and all the cars on the highway. It was very hard to get any good sleep. The staff would not bring things such as towels to your room, had to go down to get them. The hotel was clean and in a safe area though.

The Hotel and staff were all amazing. Breakfast was good lots of choices. Not to far from beaches. Rooms were super clean.

The suite was really just a room with a sofa bed ( not comfortable so just slept on the couch). Pool was nice layout but needed a good cleaning and resurfacing.

They first gave me a room with lament floors and no place to sit for a room with a king bed???? Overnight front desk guy was very unfriendly and unhelpful ( guy in his early 30s with reddish hair and a few extra lbs) just felt that the hotel was trying to save expenses in every way and would have received equivalent room at a much cheaper hotel. Breakfast was lacking options.

Entire property, including lobby, breakfast area, hallways, elevator, and room was extremely clean. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. I had contact with at least seven staff members, and everyone went out of the way to be helpful. Great location, right off of I 75. Selena Criley was exceptionally helpful with a booking conflict. We most definitely will stay here again.
