You will have access to the Fitness Center, Heated Pool, Laundry Facilities, and new fireplace in the waiting lounge on site. Enjoy living the “Vacation Life” all year long. There is a restaurant and a Tiki Bar, (Tarpon Bay) on site for your enjoyment, and a new Arcade Area for children. This property is in a Great Location, and many activities close by such as: Siesta Key, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Ringling Brothers with an added Bonus Only Three Miles from Airport. Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. Amenities: Resort features include Tarpon Bay, outdoor swimming pool, marina views. Onsite laundry $2 per wash/dry. Longer term, (discounted) than one-month rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $40. NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING violators will lose their deposit. We had a great stay at this facility. The place was very clean and welcoming. The amenities were all that were needed, the location of the facility is close to everything we wanted to visit; beaches, restaurants, attractions and the property with the pool, restaurant/Tiki Bar was a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay. The host Jon was wonderful to work with. Room was very well appointed, clean and it had a Keurig was is a must for my stay. Walk outside my room and saw beautiful sailboats a few steps away on the canal. I’ll be back for sure.

Honeymoon!

This place was superb! We were treated to a bottle of champagne which we got to drink while enjoying the views of the marina, we fell in love with Sarasota & cannot wait to return to Tamiami trail!
