sticky bathroom floor, bath tub faucet did not work properly, Bath tub handicap rail was loose (repaired but still loose), TV kept freezing up, ants on our vanity every morning, pool was super noisy and management said it was the bar tender's job to stop the noise...what the heck is wrong with this management? I learned to never stay in a Spark Hilton again.

A little old .the elevator is build in 1900 ? Is unsafe .because people can enter the elevator to the storeys from the parking lot without using a cardkey.

The hotel es clean and renovated, but definitely they need a microwave in all the rooms y not just only in the reception area, before the Sparks by Hiltoon was Best Western Plus, and they have better breakfast, and microwave in the rooms.

Everything we needed with great value, the whole hotel was well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is so relaxing even has a bar area to watch games and order drinks. The pool was heated and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. Just a shirt drive to the beaches and village. Beds are comfortable and the large TV was very nice.
