This hotel is my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and cozy. And beautifully decorated. Everyone is so nice. I was sad we only stayed one night. We came down to Florida for Christmas to visit family. And my daughter does competition gymnastics, and her team had a competition in Sarasota.. so we stopped here for the competition on the way down to spend the rest of our Christmas break. Now we have been talking about the possibility of coming back sometime to visit and stay longer. This hotel is just so nice. Breakfast was tasty coffee was the BEST. And we didn’t even get a chance to go over and check out the shops around here. And the Der Dutchman restaurant. Also the beach isn’t a far drive.

Room was large and spotless. Bonus walk in closet which also had a sink and counter. Could be used for a portable crib, as it had a pocket door. Hallways are wider than any other hotel that I have been in.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, extremely friendly staff. if there is one complaint, the showers are horrible, zero water pressure, very old. Nice bathroom but old fixtures. You should put in good showers for your guests.

Great hotel. Very clean, located very conveniently from St. Armand's Circle just 12 mins away by car. The staff was amazing. My new find when I head up to Sarasota. :)

This was my second stay at the Carlisle Hotel in Sarasota, and I enjoyed it once again. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and being placed on the floor I requested. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The pool area was nice, though the spa was closed on one day and the weather was chilly. Breakfast was acceptable but repetitive, with the same options offered each morning. The hotel is ideal for a clean and comfortable stay, though it offers limited on-site entertainment, as there is no restaurant or music.
