2 week stay for Rowing Nationals

My family was in town for a rowing event and found this home to be perfect for us. Communication with the property manager wins easy and they always were super friendly and quick to respond. We would definitley stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! The pool was a hit and we used it daily after a morning at the beach. The beds were also super comfortable, which is very important to us! The location was great for Siesta Key and Lido. Was a 45 minute drive to Anna Maria. I saw where one review said this place was a dump and that is not the case at all. It does need a couple of small things but it was just as seen in photos. We would stay here again.

Not a vacation choice

Property has deteriorated and is not as advertised. Walked into darkness with several light bulbs out. No pack in play as promised, Pool was filthy, Hot Tub was not a hot tub. Rather a cold bath. Cob webs in multiple area. Rotten wood all over exterior of house where front porch appears to be collapsing. Gargage can has a piece of metal sticking out so we had to turn it backwards to keep from causing harm to ourselves. Manager tried to make everythin right and was timely about all responses but at the end of the day this was a total dump you do not want to stay at.

Good Sarasota Stay

Nice comfortable place for our Family of 6. We enjoyed the pool after the weather warmed up to 80 later in the week. The pool is heated but can’t keep up when it gets in 40 at night and 60s in day. Close to Legacy trail that we enjoyed walking each day. We enjoyed Siesta beach, Venice beach and Ringling museum. The house is older but remodeled on the inside. On a dead end street so you don’t get a lot of traffic or noise. Clara was really good in keeping in contact with us or if we had problems.

Family Holiday Trip

Everything was great! Grandma and the girls loved the pool which helped as we cooked dinners. Perfect location to different beaches since we went to 4 different beaches during our stay. I wrote to the host before we left and she was able to give more information about the house which was wonderful and helpful.

Excellent place for a family vacation!

We had a great time staying here with our family of six! Pool was a huge plus when kids were done with the beach and wanted to hang out at ‘home’. It had plenty of space and amenities that we needed for our week plus stay. 15 min drive to Siesta Key and proximity to everything else in Sarasota was great.

Novus Pl rental

We enjoyed our stay. Location was good, beds were comfortable and the house was fully equipped. We enjoyed the pool, but don’t be mistaken that the hot tub is not hot and is same temp as pool so that disappointed us a bit! Ice machine on fridge was broken and some of the patio furniture have seen better days.l, but all in all it was a good stay.

Review of 2689 Novus Place, Sarasota, FL

All in all, we were happy with our rental. The pool was awesome. Rental was clean. Plenty of supplies and towels. All appliances worked well, except the garbage disposal sounded like something was in it, such as metal. Therefore, we didn't use it. The pool cleaning people were supposed to come on Thursday, April 6, but they never showed up during our visit. We would definately use VRBO again.

Great location

We had a super, relaxing vacation here. Three roomy bedrooms. Heated pool was always comfortable. The location is very close to central Savannah. Few miles to Armand’s Circle and Ringling brothers. So many good restaurants nearby. Communication with host was excellent. The neighborhood is very friendly. Could use some outside maintenance, as shared with the host.

This and that

Property could use some attention. Grounds full of weeds and inside decorating neglected. Bed was great. We stayed a week and were given 2 dishwasher pods and 2 trash bags as well as enough soap and shampoo for 2 days. Wasn’t prepared to purchase off those things and then have to throw out leftover staples as required in the book. Pool heater was broken for most of our stay and we did receive a small refund for that.

Loved our stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained, clean, fully stocked property. The pool and Jacuzzi were warm and great. The property manager, Clara, was terrific in responding to any questions we had. Although there were only 2 of us, this house is ideal for a family, with 3 nice size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Definitely recommend.

Great month long stay

My wife and I both work remote so we rented this house for the month of March. The house was just as advertised. We had all the cooking utensils we could have needed. The best part was the very private backyard with hot tub and heated pool. I must also point out that Clara was a wonderful hostess. She was very attentive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend!
