when checking in the front staff never got off her chair - I asked since the room was close to the restaurant would it be Nosie i was advised no - how ever in the hotel parking lot there was a car with a boom box going off to 11 at night and no one stopped it. There were 4 locks on our door - the TV remote had sticky stuff all over the back and in the morning we went to take a shower and the hook to hold the shower head was broken ,so was the shower wand so trying to take a show was crazy also it was a handy cap shower and on account the show was all broken there was water every where on the outside of the shower if was was in fact handy cap I would have fallen and hurt myself it was soaked. Check out time is 11 but at 8:45 AM the cleaning staff was knocking on our door to come in and clean my husb had to go to the door to tell them to go away so at 9:30 someone was back at our door knocking to clean my husb was in the shower and they tried to open the door when I screamed at them. we went to check out and the woman at the desk ask if everything was OK we advised about the TV and the shower she had the gall to us if we broke it I guess with the look I gave her she assumed we did not NEVER AGAIN

There was a hole in the ceiling plaster and the toilet didn’t flush too well (if at all). TV remote either didn’t work well or needed new batteries. For example, channel down button worked fine but channel up didn’t work at all. On/off took several pushes to work. But the room was quiet and the staff was nice.
