We had a pool view and a patio. Very relaxing. When we got there we were offered a 2nd floor room and no elevator I am 85 and that doesn't work for me. The room was promptly changed

This place is awesome... I've been to a quite a few hotels this is a plus plus with a heated pool the clean setting the place to relax I'd recommend it to anyone the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous like I said a great place

Front reception/staff was very welcoming. Property looked well-maintained until I got to my room on 2nd floor. 2nd floor in complete darkness due to no security lighting. I had difficulties finding my room & getting into my room quickly because it was too dark to see the room number. When I got in my room had a hard time locating the light switch due to no exterior lighting. Comforter on bed was not clean, stain noticed when turned down, as well as a small hole in it. Ceiling was slightly damaged. Due to the lack of security lighting outside my room etc I went back to front desk to let them know I did not feel comfortable with the room and was cancelling my reservation. I was told that because I booked 3rd party, my room could not be cancelled but that a property manager would called the next morning (1/25) I was in the room for a total of 5 mins or less & did not stay on the property. I am still waiting on a call from the property manager

Loved the value and communication via text ! The front desk was a little slow in terms of attentiveness but there was only one person for multiple customers. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay again when I’m visiting my family !

I like the convenience, it was close to everything. It had old Florida charm. I didn't like the the air conditioning/heat unit caused the window to rattle, it caused too much noise.

Great stay

I liked the free parking, great wifi and free drinks at the bar. Pool was really warm but weather was too cold to enjoy it. I only stayed one night because the hotel had no vacancy for the following night. Room was spacious enough and I liked the retro style fridge and microwave. The only small complaint I have is the cleaning lady kept coming to clean my room before I was ready to check out and since she didn’t speak English I couldn’t tell her how much longer before I would be leaving. Otherwise, a great stay and hopefully I will get back again.

The Manager asked me to leave while I was sitting at the picnic table trying to rebook room again. She was very rude and unpleasant so I left properly and booked elsewhere. There loss because I booked month stay with the Laquita Inn.
