This was an old motel. Charged $175 a night. Front desk worker was nice. Upon getting into the room, noticed it was almost from the 90s, a blast from the past. Unlock the door with a key on a keychain, small room, very small bathroom. Courtyard entrance to the pool and sitting areas. After our shower i saw that the tile floors were making our feet dirty again, had to use baby wipes to clean them off before going to bed on the white sheets. At 330am i walked into the bathroom and there was a large roach on its back on the floor, i had to get a shoe and then threw him outside. Just a very basic motel, definitely not worth $175 per night.

nice motel with a pool, dated furnishings but clean and nice for a weekend stay. Room had mini frig an miscro for waters n leftover. easy 15 min walk to venice ave an another 8-10 min walk to venice beach. motel people were nice n friendly and blu island bistro next door had great coffee and breakfast. room price was reasonable and the area was quiet at night

Stay was just ok, mold in bath room. Door looks like a crack house beatup and nasty. Bath towels were like prison issue thin lol

Friendly staff, however someone (service vehicle pu truck)was parked in our parking spot in front of our door, staff attempted to contact him, said he would be back shortly, who knows when he returned (with I assume his coworker parked in their spot), we went to bed. She tried anyway. Beds are on the VERY firm side, some of the room is pretty nice, then you have several things needing fixing, trim around several areas falling apart, and the TV stand/dresser, had a huge chunk taken out, either fix it or replace the poor thing. Good location on Rt 41 to shopping, especially a huge Goodwill, and a hidden little gem, a Cuban Food takeout tucked inside a gas station, blink and you'll miss it, very nice gentleman cooking and what we assume owner along with his wife.

Place looks somewhat run down on exterior. Interior is from late 70s but clean and a bit updated in bathroom. The large window door onto poolside patio is very nice. Nice size fridge and medium microwave and medium small 2 chair dining table and a small couch, two bedside low dressers and a regular dresser (all older but decent condition) complement the hominess. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel is not good. We stayed one night and then left. The courtyard is cute, but the overall condition of the hotel is not good. The employees are very nice, but it definitely needs some work.

The rooms were clean although being an older property. We stayed in rm 133 the front door needs to be replaced and the refrigerator leaked on the floor. The bathroom was cleaned and so was the rest of the room so we would stay again. Good location.

We have now stayed at this property 3 times for travel baseball. It's location is convenient to stores, restaurants and of course the baseball fields. Yes, it is an older place but we are not looking for luxury. Just looking for a safe place for the night.
