My stay at your hotel was absolutely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Upon arrival, I was given a room key—only to walk in and find the room already occupied. This is a stunning breach of privacy and security, and it’s inexcusable. The rest of the stay only reinforced how poorly this property is managed. The carpets were filthy, the air smelled of mildew, and the room I was eventually assigned had stained linens and visible signs of neglect. It was clear no one here takes pride in the condition of the hotel. Worse still was the behavior of the staff—apathetic, dismissive, and in one case, outright rude. Requests for assistance were treated as interruptions, and there was a clear lack of basic courtesy or training. This hotel is in deplorable condition, and the management appears either unaware or uninterested. I would never recommend this property to anyone, and I suggest corporate leadership investigate before more guests are put through similar experiences—or worse.

Caution

Hotel is run down, and needs maintenance. Does not look like the photos. Many holes patched in the room. Bathroom was outdated and gross. Seems like they like caulk everything. Also looked like they have people living here full time.

Dog friendly hotel with designated areas for dog walking with stations. We drove about 3 mins down the road and saw the best sunset.

This property should close and get renovated the carpet smell room smell bathroom not very clean the have roaches crawling around overall if I could get my money back I will very happy. My impression of the Quinta was different is not like used to be. Definitely they need to do something about it before they keep renting out. Not happy at all.

They charged me $100 for the hold, which is just supposed to be on "hold". No they took it out. They eventually put it back a week later after I complained. The maids stole my wife's medication. How evil and desperate can they be to steal medication? Out of someone's bag? That was put all the way up on the closet shelf so they never even needed to touch it. They try to charge $100 in case someone messes something up, but their staff will physically steal your stuff. Horrible.
