Escape to this high-end furnished home with luxurious details throughout. This home is in picturesque Sarasota, just one mile from the beach. The home provides beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway.

This property features 3 bedrooms, one of which is an oversized Master bedroom with a California King bed with stunning views of the water. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, a shower in the bath, a toilet & sink. Bedroom 3 has a full-sized bed and an ensuite has a shower, toilet & sink. All bedrooms have walk-in closets/wardrobes. Bedding, towels, hair dryers, and basic soaps are provided.

Large kitchen with island seating for 6 adults. Equipped with a Stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, oversized fridge & ice-making freezer. Desk area for working from home. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and plenty of beach towels. There is also a butler's pantry with an additional sink & dishwasher.

There is a formal sitting area, a formal dining table & large casual sitting area for movie watching.

The deck provides a perfect spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. Sunsets from the deck aren't to be missed! There are two kayaks and a paddleboard for your enjoyment.
The pool is heated and screened in. A grill and dining table are also under this screened area.

With heating, AC, and other essential amenities provided, guests can relax and unwind in this phenomenal retreat. Wifi & cable are also provided.
