They did a good job of converting a garage into an efficiency unit. Some things could be better. The electric stove had one dial broken so one of the heating coils couldn't be used (there are 3 more of course). If you are a big person, good luck sitting on the toilet, kinda cramped. Parking is right in front of the patio entrance, but also tight (don't try this with a pickup truck) to get out of the way of the regular drive. It is only a few yards from a 4 lane street, but it wasn't busy at night so sleep was easy after a day in the sun. I don't go to Florida to stay inside a hotel room, so it worked out perfect for us.

Perfect for my needs

I stayed for 30 days & it was the perfect location for everything. Bee Ridge is filled with many businesses that will suit any of your needs. I would recommend staying here if ever in the Sarasota area.
