Additionally, Siesta Key Public Beach access is within walking distance.

Simple days at home can be enjoyed in the invigorating water of the private, heated pool. Pair your afternoon soaks with an al fresco meal, enjoyed on the warm patio and prepared on the gas grill.

When you need a break from the sun, the interior of your stay is kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. Kick back and relax on the living room’s leather sofa while streaming your favorite show. When you aren’t indulging in the local fare, utilize the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. Thoughtful kitchen extras include a slow cooker, a blender, a waffle maker, and a food processor. The Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso-like pod machine provide total morning brew convenience. The in-law suite is perfect for larger groups and added privacy with its lockable entryway and ensuite bathroom. Step-free bathrooms, a step-free shower, and a shower bench provide added accessibility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
