The updated kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area that seats 8 is perfect for enjoying family dinners or romantic meals for two.

Entertainment is at the forefront of this home. A well-appointed game room with PacMan and a ping pong table and the bar area provide endless fun, making it an ideal space for friendly competition and late-night gatherings. Smart TVs in every room ensure that you'll never miss your favorite shows or movies.

For those who need to stay productive during their stay, a designated work space with high-speed internet is at your disposal, ensuring you can easily attend to business matters or online communication.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except for the locked closet in the primary bedroom and the garage.
Other things to note
Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are several grocery stores nearby.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have 4 smart tvs that you can access your subscriptions.

The private pool is heated to 86 from October-May. During unseasonably cold weather, the pool could be cooler than is comfortable. We cannot help as this is beyond our control.

There is a camera facing entrance and driveway for the security of our guests and the home. It does record video and sound. Tampering or disabling cameras will result in termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. This is strictly enforced by Sarasota Police.
