Karl the host was very accommodating, the house was clean and in a great location for the beach and downtown. Plenty of room for kids in the house and the yard. Pool was cold but it’s February. Very close to the Mote Aquarium and Jungle Gardens which were both great places to see. Would definitely return.

So nice having washer/dryer. Parking very convenient. Cleanest place EVER!!! The pool was really cold (& we are used to the Great Lakes) but very clean! Outdoor space very nice for hanging out. Beach chairs/toys/cooler were a nice perk & much appreciated. We would stay again & would recommend!

The house was very spacious! We had a family of 6 there and everyone felt comfortable. Location was right where we needed. The house was equipped with all that we needed. Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected. Great place, close to everything, and very convenient. The house has everything you need to make a your stay pleasant. The only thing I would suggest, is to change some of the mattresses in the bedrooms which are kind of hard. Everything else is excellent. I would definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed the month of February at Karl's property. It is a lovely and comfortable home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient to Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were very relaxed in the home, we enjoyed the pool very much, and we loved walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The home is very well equipped and offered all we could have wanted. Karl was very agreeable and friendly and he graciously accommodated our request for a scent-free environment. Everything about our experience was wonderful.
