Take a drive through Siesta Village, hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley to adventure through Siesta Village all the way to Turtle Beach Park, or visit Lido Key Beach a few minutes further. Visit the Marie Selby Botanical Garden where nature meets art, take a bike tour around the marina, and enjoy a morning at the Sarasota Farmers Market. By the end of it all, you might be traveling home with sand dollars and shark teeth found along the coastline...

The space: Our family-friendly house is designed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The open-concept living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find three (3) bedrooms, two (2) rooms equipped with queen beds and the remaining bedroom equipped with two (2) twin beds. Outside, you’ll find a patio where you can grill/barbecue for gatherings while overlooking the kids swimming. The space accommodates up to six guests comfortably, making it an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends.

Guest access: As our valued guests, you'll have full access to the entire property, providing you with the space and amenities needed for a relaxing family vacation. Here's what you can expect:

Main Living Areas: Enjoy the spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's the perfect place for family gatherings, whether you're dining together, playing board games or cards (provided at our home), or simply unwinding in front of the TV.

Bedrooms: We offer three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. You'll find a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, another bedroom with queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. With these options, we can comfortably accommodate medium to larger families or groups.

Outdoor Space: Our property boasts a spacious backyard with a seated patio area, a George Forman grill, and our best asset: a salt-water based heated pool. The saltwater pool is gentler on skin/eyes as it has fewer harsher chemicals and lower chlorine levels. It's a wonderful spot for family BBQs, playing in the yard, or just soaking up the sunshine.

Laundry Facilities: You'll have access to the laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer located in the garage, to ensure you have clean clothes throughout your stay.

Parking: There is ample parking available, including a two-car garage with Epoxy-coated flooring and additional space in the driveway, making it convenient for multiple vehicles.

We want to make your family or friend's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we believe our well-equipped and family-oriented space will provide everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Other things to note:

- CHECK-IN: Check-In can be as early as 3:00pm EST on your arrival date. Unless early occupancy has been communicated and agreed on in advance to your stay with us, early check-in can't be accommodated.
- CHECK-OUT: Check-Out is as late as 11:00am EST on your departure date. Unless later check-out has been communicated and agreed on in advance to your stay with us, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Late check out will be billed at $50 for each hour after check-out time.
- PARKING: There is a two-car garage with additional driveway space for two more cars. No parking fee nor permits required to utilize these 4 spaces.
- HOUSE RULES: Please read house rules prior to booking. Violation of any clauses/rules below may result in termination of your stay and eviction with no refunds of rent and Security Deposit.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please respect the property outdoors and do not leave cigarette/cigar butts on the property.
- Pets are prohibited inside and outside of the property.
- Parties/Events are prohibited on the property. Please have fun, but respect the neighbors and turn-down any loud music or noise after 10:00pm EST.
- No visitors/guests are allowed after 10:00pm EST to adhere to the community quiet hours.
- Maximum Occupancy is six (6) people. This does not include a child sharing a bed with adults. Children defined as aged 10 and under.
- CLEANING: No Cleaning Service is provided during your stay. A Cleaning Service is employed by Owner and is a mandatory part of the rental agreement. The Property is to be left in a general tidy state. Please place used towels/linens in the laundry area, place dishes/cooking utensils in the dishwasher (turn it on before departing), and place any trash in the trash bins located outside (do not leave any trash bags in the garage/indoors).
If excessive cleaning is required (e.g., food smeared on walls, spills on furniture, carpet stains), an additional cleaning fee will be retained from your initial Security Deposit.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
- HEATED POOL. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the heated pool between the months of October - April. There will be an additional $35/daily fee for each day of your stay. It takes about 72 hours to heat the water, so please give enough notice prior to turn this on. The temperature will be set to 80-86F. Heating system is off at night. Guests are absolutely not allowed to tamper with any mechanism responsible for AC, heater, filtration system, etc. If air temperature falls below 60F at night, the swimming pool might not be available as it isn’t possible to heat below this temperature.
- KITCHEN. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, cups, pots, and pans. It also has all appliances like an oven, electric stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: SMH Urgent Care Center is located on Bee Ridge Road 5 minutes away. Sarasota Memorial Hospital is located on South Tamiami Trail 15 minutes away.

WI-FI: The Wi-Fi network name and password are written/provided near the front door.

SECURITY INFORMATION: We have multiple surveillance cameras on the outside of the property for the safety of our guests.
