Located in Cordova Gardens a Nice 2 bed room 2 bathroom condo with high ceilings and wood floors. The unit is in a small condominium complex with a pool in Arlington park surrounded by oak trees. Downtown is only 5 minutes and the beaches are only 10 or 15 minutes away. There are 2 parks near by and public transportation is available. It is a great central location across from Sarasota memorial hospital.
