The bathroom has been freshly refinished with a spa like feeling and comes fully stocked with soft plush towels for your use during your stay. A weekly/monthly discount may be available for anyone renting for more than seven days. This is a boaters paradise boats and kayaks are available for rent. Boating dock-slip space is available on-site and can be purchased a la carte at the lobby or reserve in advance on website, along the sea wall. This building is also located next door to Sara Bay Marina making it an ideal location for anyone who stores their boat in that marina. Boats have direct gulf water access with no fixed bridges. The laundry is located in the next building and may be used at your convenience. Hotel Buffet Breakfast is NOT included but can be purchased a la carte at the lobby for $10 per person, ($ 5. for children) per day. Resort room service is NOT included but there are some nice restaurants close by. This lovely condotel unit is only steps to the resort like amenities, that include heated pool, restaurant and tiki bar, (Tarpon Bay) fitness center, coffee bar, gaming area, computer center, and the new Arcade Area. The new fireplace in the waiting lounge on site. Daily/Weekly housekeeping is not included and is a separate/additional charge. Additional housekeeping services may be purchased upon booking your reservation. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bag and soap.
